Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management or any tourism management related course with at least a Master’s Degree in Tourism Management or its allied/related field
- Professional Certification in Tourism is a plus
- With professional work / industry experience in any of the following:
- Travel and Tour Management and Operations with practical knowledge in flight itinerary planning, passenger transportation management, professional tour guiding
- Airline Operations as Cabin Crew, Inflight Catering personnel, Ground Staff
- Hotel Operations and Management
- Strong background in customer service coaching and implementation of operational best practices
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. Creative, possess excellent work ethics, a team player.
- Must be knowledgeable in utilizing AI and other digital tools, and proficient in using Canva, Photoshop, and similar applications.
- Willing to do a research study and digitally literate.
