Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or any Hospitality Management related course with at least a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or any allied related field
  • Professional Certification in Hospitality is a plus
  • With professional work / industry experience in any of the following:
    • Hotel Management Operations specifically in Lodging Management and/or Rooms Division Management
    • Food and Beverage field specifically as Barista, Wine Steward (Sommelier).
  • Strong background in customer service coaching and implementation of operational best practices
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. Creative, possess excellent work ethics, a team player
  • Must be knowledgeable in utilizing AI and other digital tools, and proficient in using Canva, Photoshop, and similar applications
  • Willing to do a research study and digitally literate
  • Well-versed in health and safety standards across food handling, housekeeping, and overall hotel operations, in accordance with industry regulations and best practices
